Always a great experience Have been using them for years for St Patrick's day events and Mardi Gras parties. Great selection and reasonable prices. Shipping not cheap because of the weight (I order a lot of beads!) but always very fast which is important to me since I often wait too long to place an order. Mardi gras and St Patrick's day!!!! Ordered 11:30am Wednesday morning and items arrived 5:30pm the next day!!! Out of 200 beads I ordered 1 only 1 was broke!! No complaints!l I have used this company for 2 yrs now and will continue to do so!!! My advise, order early, some items maybe out of stock when you wait!!!

This business is as crooked as they… This business is as crooked as they come. I ordered 2 rolls of 10" red mesh. I got one that was 9 1/4" and the other just a pinch over 10". One was also significantly thinner than the other....meaning it didn't have 10 yards. When asked to correct the problem, I was told I should just get a refund and go elsewhere. How does a business with such poor customer service survive? I don't think this one will. Hope they go out of business. I hated even giving them 1 star. They deserve none.
