This subscription box promises "tech" it isn't… This subscription box promises "tech" items - and for $180, I got (basically) an overinflated teapot that makes "milk" from nuts... Seriously? You leave the nuts in the "Nutr" - yep that's the name. The rest of the items? A non tech jar opener??

Best customer service in the industry The customer service provided by Breo Box is top notch. I had a small issue where one of the products in my first box was not working properly, Aleks and his team assisted me on rectifying the situation on the very same day. It is really refreshing to see a company go above and beyond to take care of the “little guy“. If you are on the fence about trying Breo Box, it’s 100% worth it!

Each box has at least one awesome item… Each box has at least one awesome item in it, and the rest make pretty cool gifts. Even if there's something I already have (or something similar) the items usually make me think of someone I know who could use it. My husband and I love the arrival of the boxes.

Very Disappointed! My husband opened his first Breo box at Christmas. These are not tech items but gadgets. We bought the subscription thinking he would receive fun tech things but he has no use for any of the items. After reaching out to customer service repeatedly we still haven’t been able to cancel his subscription and are no clearer on how to do so despite numerous emails back and forth. And they are not taking phone calls, so that is not an option (although we continue to try). I am completely disappointed in the terrible customer service, especially for the price of the boxes. I feel we were misled about the product and are being given the run around by customer service.
