I love the box!! I love the box!!! I'm a little confused about the loyalty program and the perks available to me now, but the box is a great value and I really enjoy it each season. I wish there were more spoilers before commitment to purchase (just so I could feel more excited rather than have intrepidation.) But hey, I don't curate and advertise or sell subscription boxes... I'll leave that for the experts... breobox is a lot of fun!!

Very Disappointed! My husband opened his first Breo box at Christmas. These are not tech items but gadgets. We bought the subscription thinking he would receive fun tech things but he has no use for any of the items. After reaching out to customer service repeatedly we still haven’t been able to cancel his subscription and are no clearer on how to do so despite numerous emails back and forth. And they are not taking phone calls, so that is not an option (although we continue to try). I am completely disappointed in the terrible customer service, especially for the price of the boxes. I feel we were misled about the product and are being given the run around by customer service.

every 4 months sheer joy reaches my… every 4 months sheer joy reaches my door and I am not even a techie! I love each item in my Breo Box. Some items get immediately (like the hand vac) use some get saved for regifting for Christmas because I cannot use it (like the electronic jump rope)

Best customer service in the industry The customer service provided by Breo Box is top notch. I had a small issue where one of the products in my first box was not working properly, Aleks and his team assisted me on rectifying the situation on the very same day. It is really refreshing to see a company go above and beyond to take care of the “little guy“. If you are on the fence about trying Breo Box, it’s 100% worth it!

Exceptional customer service - Thanks Aleks! Aside from being more than satisfied with the Breo Box as a product, customer service is also top of the line! I had an ordering/ billing issue recently and assumed it would be a complete nightmare trying to get everything squared away. With the assistance of Aleks, problem was solved in a couple of emails.
