Both packages arrived in the mailroom eventually - so the whole suite enjoyed while studying . These future nurses gave them a 5 out of 5 . Almost perfect. Wonderful cookies, great service, incredibly fast delivery, perfect everything except the website. I found it hard to place an order using it. Otherwise, my rating would have been 5 stars. I will, however order again since everything else was great.

Perfect as usual! Heather and team always go above and beyond to make sure the order is right. We are longtime customers and the cookies are consistently delicious, but the service takes the experience to the next level. There was a glitch on the website when I ordered, and Heather reached out and personally made sure I got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted. And the cookies are perfect. Soft but fully cooked, flavorful, and just the right size. Top Shelf is our favorite place to get cookies and I don't see that ever changing.
