Perfect as usual! Heather and team always go above and beyond to make sure the order is right. We are longtime customers and the cookies are consistently delicious, but the service takes the experience to the next level. There was a glitch on the website when I ordered, and Heather reached out and personally made sure I got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted. And the cookies are perfect. Soft but fully cooked, flavorful, and just the right size. Top Shelf is our favorite place to get cookies and I don't see that ever changing.

Cookies weren’t as great when I first… Cookies weren’t as great when I first tried them. They were hard and not much flavor. I’ll give them another try though! :)
