I want to update my review I want to update my review! My order was incorrect due to MY OWN error in not double checking the name! I was promptly contacted and despite the fact it was my own error I was provided with a corrected product!! Customer service is awesome and I am a customer for life! BTW the product was absolutely wonderful despite the spelling. I did not know how to contact customer service and was taken to this site to review. I never really wanted to give a negative review because the product was great!!

Ordered a stemless wine glass Update. The company bent over backwards to correct this problem. I was very impressed. In the end they issued a full refund without any problems. Ordered a stemless wine glass. The picture on Item was way to small, personalized names could not be read. Looked much different in picture.
