Shockingly Perfect! I was actually shocked that the product was PERFECT! Just because I saw the add on Instagram for it and things like that don't tend to work out as well as you would like.. BUT luckily I was right taking a chance on this one. It's now my favorite mug.

Personalized Ornament I ordered an ornament and it is much smaller than anticipated. The personalization and writing is small and has terrible font that is very difficult to read. And it’s made with cheap plastic. I’m very disappointed.

I want to update my review I want to update my review! My order was incorrect due to MY OWN error in not double checking the name! I was promptly contacted and despite the fact it was my own error I was provided with a corrected product!! Customer service is awesome and I am a customer for life! BTW the product was absolutely wonderful despite the spelling. I did not know how to contact customer service and was taken to this site to review. I never really wanted to give a negative review because the product was great!!
