Before deciding for themselves, they texted to ask if their recommended substitution was acceptable. End result, the roses were beautiful and the recipient is delighted. GBSending flowers from US to Norway I recently placed an order for birthday flowers for a friend in Norway. Shortly after, I received an email saying the tulips that I requested might be out of season and could they substitute with a fresh, colorful bouquet. I said yes and waited nervously for the results. Happily, the flower arrived a day early and my friend was overjoyed with them. She sent a picture and they were indeed very beautiful. Job well done!

FRAmazing, customer-dedicated service I wanted to deliver flowers to my niece in Mexico City from France. I didn't know she would be leaving and would not be there for the delivery. ABC worked with me extensively to get her bouquet delivered to her home so she will be able to enjoy when she gets back. They were EXTREMELY courteous and kind and gave excellent customer service.
