Custom Robes Purchased 7 robes for my bridesmaids, flower girl, mom, and me on my wedding day. I ordered various sizes in satin and jersey cotton. They are all excellent quality, and the embroidered initials are lovely. Would highly recommend, especially for the price!

Poor Quality and Outcome The cocktail napkins shown online as a proof before placing the order look nothing like what was delivered. The letters weren't evenly spaced and were different heights in the monogram. Customer service said the online proof you see is not representative of the product you will receive. They offered to reprint the napkins but said the same issues with the first round would be present in the second one. Then, why offer to run it?

Very pleased We got our order very quickly and we are so happy with the way that the vases/sand pourers look! We will definitely be recommending the Knot Shop to other family members who will be getting married in the coming years.
