Order problems....not with this company, they are on top of everything We ran into a problem with our order when we inquired about the delivery because we still had not received it and your support immediately had a new order expedited and sent to us as this was for our daughter's wedding. We ordered custom shot glasses for our… We ordered custom shot glasses for our reception, and needed to make a change to them. A rep was able to get our initial order canceled so we could reorder within a few days, and the glasses not only arrived perfectly done, but earlier than expected!

Poor Quality and Outcome The cocktail napkins shown online as a proof before placing the order look nothing like what was delivered. The letters weren't evenly spaced and were different heights in the monogram. Customer service said the online proof you see is not representative of the product you will receive. They offered to reprint the napkins but said the same issues with the first round would be present in the second one. Then, why offer to run it?
