Beautiful present Their communications were really polite and helpful with my specific order, and it arrived surprisingly quickly considering it was trans Atlantic. When my music box arrived I was thrilled....its really lovely. My girlfriend will love it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end

Misleading Product Result We bought a box for $450 canadian to record a custom vocal version of a popular song. The one that got delivered just took the background music and converted it to chimes and bells, obviously without any of the vocals which was the whole point of customizing it. It took almost a month to arrive as well. It gets 2 stars because the support is active.

Perfect and well made Very professional in terms of dealing with my order. Everything about the musical box is perfect. The actual box and my choice of music are really good. It will make a perfect Christmas present for my granddaughter. Lesley

Unbelievably late delivery and terrible quality - The product took 34 days to arrive, missing our anniversary by 2 weeks - They refuse to give any sort of reimbursement - The music box looks nothing like the pictures and broke after a week of barely using it
