Lovely little company who very much care about their customers. This is a small business, producing exclusive unusual products, in their hand–crafted beautifully made wooden music boxes - I love them and own five now, all playing different little tunes, which I frequently wind up when I wake up in the morning. They sit attractively on the windowsill in my bedroom. So If you are looking for something a little different to either treat yourself, or as a lovely gift for Someone special then browsing through the lovely music boxes that this company makes, is definitely well worth a look, you won't be disappointed.

Quality is excellent Quality is excellent, the sound (I bought the Jurassic Park version) is 100% accurate. There are other music boxes, online, that cost half the price, but if you want something really better this is the one to buy.

Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end

Perfect and well made Very professional in terms of dealing with my order. Everything about the musical box is perfect. The actual box and my choice of music are really good. It will make a perfect Christmas present for my granddaughter. Lesley

A wonderful surprise for overseas friend As this was a gift to an overseas friend, I am unable to provide a photo at the moment. They did comment about how they liked the design of the box and amazed with the digital sound within. Thank you so much for helping me create this unique surprise. :) P.S.
