Incredible Incredible! I had been searching for the right music box solution for almost a year. The problems I had run into included the price, communication, lack of product, inability to create my arrangement. I had all of those things taken care of for me here. Nate was my guy! I spent months emailing him back and forth on what I wanted, and he stuck with me, AND he had an amazing attitude the whole time! Unbelievably late delivery and terrible quality - The product took 34 days to arrive, missing our anniversary by 2 weeks - They refuse to give any sort of reimbursement - The music box looks nothing like the pictures and broke after a week of barely using it
