Quality is excellent Quality is excellent, the sound (I bought the Jurassic Park version) is 100% accurate. There are other music boxes, online, that cost half the price, but if you want something really better this is the one to buy.

A wonderful surprise for overseas friend As this was a gift to an overseas friend, I am unable to provide a photo at the moment. Misleading Product Result We bought a box for $450 canadian to record a custom vocal version of a popular song. The one that got delivered just took the background music and converted it to chimes and bells, obviously without any of the vocals which was the whole point of customizing it. It took almost a month to arrive as well. It gets 2 stars because the support is active.

Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end
