A wonderful surprise for overseas friend As this was a gift to an overseas friend, I am unable to provide a photo at the moment. They did comment about how they liked the design of the box and amazed with the digital sound within. Thank you so much for helping me create this unique surprise. :) P.S. Nice music boxes but a bit long delivery Ordered a music box and was a bit worried as it was taking a while for it to arrive and the notifications I was getting were saying it was coming from China but the store seems to be in America. End all the product arrived after a month or so and I'm happy with it. Looks good and it's going to make a great gift

Incredible Incredible! I had been searching for the right music box solution for almost a year. The problems I had run into included the price, communication, lack of product, inability to create my arrangement. I had all of those things taken care of for me here. Nate was my guy! I spent months emailing him back and forth on what I wanted, and he stuck with me, AND he had an amazing attitude the whole time! He helped me create an amazing music box that I hope will be cherished forever by the love of my life! I couldn't be more thrilled with my product!

Unbelievably late delivery and terrible quality - The product took 34 days to arrive, missing our anniversary by 2 weeks - They refuse to give any sort of reimbursement - The music box looks nothing like the pictures and broke after a week of barely using it

Amazing Musicbox! I am one of the few lucky people that meet their soulmate. I was lucky enough to hear her make the comment, “Ya know, I’ve always wanted a music box. Ever since I was a little girl.” I found this company and they worked with me personally to ensure that the box would make it in by Christmas, which at the time was 15 days. My soulmate is notorious for being able to hold back tears. I gloated that I had a gift that would bring her to tears. She told me to not be disappointed when she didn’t. After she opened the box and the song finished playing, she looked at me with tears rolling down her cheek and said, “You got me, babe.”
