They listened to all the customizations that I wanted to make and did an awesome job of bringing it to life. The products too look just as beautiful as advertised on their page. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for that unique gift.

Amazing Musicbox! I am one of the few lucky people that meet their soulmate. I was lucky enough to hear her make the comment, “Ya know, I’ve always wanted a music box. Ever since I was a little girl.” I found this company and they worked with me personally to ensure that the box would make it in by Christmas, which at the time was 15 days. My soulmate is notorious for being able to hold back tears. I gloated that I had a gift that would bring her to tears. She told me to not be disappointed when she didn’t. After she opened the box and the song finished playing, she looked at me with tears rolling down her cheek and said, “You got me, babe.”

A wonderful surprise for overseas friend As this was a gift to an overseas friend, I am unable to provide a photo at the moment. Perfect and well made Very professional in terms of dealing with my order. Everything about the musical box is perfect. The actual box and my choice of music are really good. It will make a perfect Christmas present for my granddaughter. Lesley

Misleading Product Result We bought a box for $450 canadian to record a custom vocal version of a popular song. The one that got delivered just took the background music and converted it to chimes and bells, obviously without any of the vocals which was the whole point of customizing it. It took almost a month to arrive as well. It gets 2 stars because the support is active.
