Nice music boxes but a bit long delivery Ordered a music box and was a bit worried as it was taking a while for it to arrive and the notifications I was getting were saying it was coming from China but the store seems to be in America. End all the product arrived after a month or so and I'm happy with it. Looks good and it's going to make a great gift

Perfect Gift Destination I loved my experience with this company. They were extremely responsive. They listened to all the customizations that I wanted to make and did an awesome job of bringing it to life. The products too look just as beautiful as advertised on their page. Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end
