The staff was both patient as well as accommodating as I had a couple changes before I was ready to purchase. My wife was absolutely pleased with the box! Nice music boxes but a bit long delivery Ordered a music box and was a bit worried as it was taking a while for it to arrive and the notifications I was getting were saying it was coming from China but the store seems to be in America. End all the product arrived after a month or so and I'm happy with it. Looks good and it's going to make a great gift

Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end

Beautiful present Their communications were really polite and helpful with my specific order, and it arrived surprisingly quickly considering it was trans Atlantic. When my music box arrived I was thrilled....its really lovely. My girlfriend will love it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
