Unbelievably late delivery and terrible quality - The product took 34 days to arrive, missing our anniversary by 2 weeks - They refuse to give any sort of reimbursement - The music box looks nothing like the pictures and broke after a week of barely using it

I took a chance and paid for the extras and it was a chance I'll happily take again. My partner cried withk joy, that was my goal 😊
