I bought this music box just to remind… I bought this music box just to remind my wife how much I love her. From start to finish, process was easy. The staff was both patient as well as accommodating as I had a couple changes before I was ready to purchase. My wife was absolutely pleased with the box! Price and shipping was reasonable and I would definitely buy from again!

Quality is excellent Quality is excellent, the sound (I bought the Jurassic Park version) is 100% accurate. There are other music boxes, online, that cost half the price, but if you want something really better this is the one to buy.

Howl's Moving Castle Hand Crank Box I ordered the Howl's Moving Castle version of the hand crank music box. The quality and the look of the music box was fantastic and it sounded amazing. Worth the purchase.

Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end

Perfect Anniversary Gift I ordered a music box for my husband for our two year anniversary! I was able to get the song ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ by Elvis Presley in the music box I ordered which was the song I walked down the aisle to! When we opened our music box together and played the song it brought back so many memories from our most perfect day. It is truly the most beautiful gift. My husband also loved how I customised the front to have our names and date engraved. It is a great little keepsake to have.
