The Quality is great, the service could be better I ordered my daughters dress in February and had to contact them twice before I got it shipped to me. It was promised it on one date and then I was told that it might not be here on that date. Per there web site it took longer than the promised time to complete my order. If they had gotten my order to me without me having to contact them I would have been very satisfied. The dress is amazing. I was just a little disappointed about how long it took to get it.

On October 26 I ordered two dresses with the rush order for the upcoming wedding of my son which were supposed to come on or before November 9th. I got the dresses on October 30! They were ordered with custom sizes and they fit perfectly on my girls. It is amazing how quickly the Fishinthesky people could make the custom-size ordered things!! Stunning Quality, Customer Service & Fast Delivery ---- Blew my Socks Off!!!!! First off after I ordered the level of patient & timely customer service I received was amazing! They answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous or picky, very quickly. Right from the start I knew I was going to order from their website again just because of their exceptional customer service. Secondly when I received the dress by UPS, I was shocked that it had arrived so quickly. But the DRESS!!!! It was the most stunning thing I had ever seen! The quality of the fabric! The colors! One small glitch The dress is beautiful but I wish that when you can choose the color of the dress the embellishments would also be changed to match the color of the dress. I also was very unhappy that I paid extra to have the dress by a certain day and didn't get it until 4 days after that date. I received an email asking when I needed the dress, I thought that was implied when I paid for expedited shipping. i didn't get a reply to the email until I gave them an actual date that was past the date I expected to get the dress by.
