On October 26 I ordered two dresses with the rush order for the upcoming wedding of my son which were supposed to come on or before November 9th. I got the dresses on October 30! They were ordered with custom sizes and they fit perfectly on my girls. It is amazing how quickly the Fishinthesky people could make the custom-size ordered things!! Thanks again and I already placed another order from them. Hope it will be as impressive as the first one.

Best Customer Service Experience Ever Fishinthesky responded quickly to every email that I sent. They were always cheerful, helpful and patient with me while we figured out the best place to have the gown shipped since I live on a military instillation and don't have an actual street address. Consequently, we ended up sending it to my father in law's house- I'll get to actually see the dress in about two weeks but I am VERY excited. After I ordered the gown I waited two weeks and then thought I would send an inquiry to check the progress of the order. Before I could send the email my father in law called to tell me it had arrived at his house that day! Simply amazing!! I would recommend fishinthesky to anyone looking for a beautiful custom gown.

One small glitch The dress is beautiful but I wish that when you can choose the color of the dress the embellishments would also be changed to match the color of the dress. I also was very unhappy that I paid extra to have the dress by a certain day and didn't get it until 4 days after that date. I received an email asking when I needed the dress, I thought that was implied when I paid for expedited shipping. i didn't get a reply to the email until I gave them an actual date that was past the date I expected to get the dress by.
