The Quality is great, the service could be better I ordered my daughters dress in February and had to contact them twice before I got it shipped to me. It was promised it on one date and then I was told that it might not be here on that date. Per there web site it took longer than the promised time to complete my order. If they had gotten my order to me without me having to contact them I would have been very satisfied. The dress is amazing. I was just a little disappointed about how long it took to get it.

Very pleased with my dress. I must say that I am very pleased with my first purchase from Fishinthesky. Shipping was pretty fast since it came from overseas BUT you will have to pay more shipping charges ($26.33) when it arrives at your door :( Also would like others to know to make sure to order your dress 2 sizes bigger than you usually wear! If it wasn't for the extra charges I would have given 5 stars!

Stunning Quality, Customer Service & Fast Delivery ---- Blew my Socks Off!!!!! First off after I ordered the level of patient & timely customer service I received was amazing! They answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous or picky, very quickly. Right from the start I knew I was going to order from their website again just because of their exceptional customer service. Secondly when I received the dress by UPS, I was shocked that it had arrived so quickly. But the DRESS!!!! It was the most stunning thing I had ever seen! The quality of the fabric! The colors! Beautifully embellished dress; however, it was one week after the "anticipated delivery date". A few 'raw edges', but nothing that can't be fixed quickly. Beautiful dress and Bolero jacket. She may order another bolero jacket in white. Although we were nervous about the dress not getting here on time, it was worth the wait. Just a few adjustments and she will be transformed into the 'prom princess'.

Very impressed I was very unsure if I wanted to take the risk in ordering my wedding dress from fish in the sky but I did it and I received my dress today on the promised delivery date and I couldn't be happier I would highly recommend fish in the sky. They have been very helpful with every enquiry I made and they did what they said they were going to do. I was worried about different reviews on here and I thought the good ones may have been fake but I now know they weren't. The dress will need a few alterations but nothing major very happy thank you :)
