The Quality is great, the service could be better I ordered my daughters dress in February and had to contact them twice before I got it shipped to me. It was promised it on one date and then I was told that it might not be here on that date. Per there web site it took longer than the promised time to complete my order. If they had gotten my order to me without me having to contact them I would have been very satisfied. The dress is amazing. I was just a little disappointed about how long it took to get it.

On October 26 I ordered two dresses with the rush order for the upcoming wedding of my son which were supposed to come on or before November 9th. I got the dresses on October 30! They were ordered with custom sizes and they fit perfectly on my girls. It is amazing how quickly the Fishinthesky people could make the custom-size ordered things!! Thanks again and I already placed another order from them. Hope it will be as impressive as the first one.

Best Customer Service Experience Ever Fishinthesky responded quickly to every email that I sent. They were always cheerful, helpful and patient with me while we figured out the best place to have the gown shipped since I live on a military instillation and don't have an actual street address. Consequently, we ended up sending it to my father in law's house- I'll get to actually see the dress in about two weeks but I am VERY excited. After I ordered the gown I waited two weeks and then thought I would send an inquiry to check the progress of the order. Before I could send the email my father in law called to tell me it had arrived at his house that day! Simply amazing!! I would recommend fishinthesky to anyone looking for a beautiful custom gown.

AMAZING The dress was shipped on time, I received it before I even expected, the customer service was very polite and kept me up to date, and the dress fits perfectly and is beautiful! If anything, it is even prettier than the picture provided. I am beyond pleased. You could not get a dress of this high quality anywhere else for such a great price.

DONT ORDER A DRESS WITH JEWELS os SEQUENCE I ordered a wedding dress and the bottom was breath taking, BUT the top of the dress was nothing like the picture and so cheaply done that I am to embarrassed to wear it as my wedding dress, In other words I LOST my 300.00 dollars.
