Best Customer Service Experience Ever Fishinthesky responded quickly to every email that I sent. They were always cheerful, helpful and patient with me while we figured out the best place to have the gown shipped since I live on a military instillation and don't have an actual street address. Consequently, we ended up sending it to my father in law's house- I'll get to actually see the dress in about two weeks but I am VERY excited. After I ordered the gown I waited two weeks and then thought I would send an inquiry to check the progress of the order. Before I could send the email my father in law called to tell me it had arrived at his house that day! Simply amazing!! I would recommend fishinthesky to anyone looking for a beautiful custom gown.

AMAZING The dress was shipped on time, I received it before I even expected, the customer service was very polite and kept me up to date, and the dress fits perfectly and is beautiful! Beautiful workmanship and helpful service We ordered dresses for my daughter and niece, size 2 and 4 US. The dresses arrived in perfect condition. The tailoring on the dresses was absolutely beautiful and we loved the dresses!! The only problem was sizing. I had measured both girls by the sizing chart on the website. Both dresses were too small - my niece who measured to the size 2 was a squeeze for the size 4. However, I contacted the company, via live-chat, and they were extremely helpful with the process for returns and prompt in replying to my questions. I would recommend them for beautiful dresses - only allow time as they are made to order. Again, beautiful dresses!!

One small glitch The dress is beautiful but I wish that when you can choose the color of the dress the embellishments would also be changed to match the color of the dress. I also was very unhappy that I paid extra to have the dress by a certain day and didn't get it until 4 days after that date. I received an email asking when I needed the dress, I thought that was implied when I paid for expedited shipping. i didn't get a reply to the email until I gave them an actual date that was past the date I expected to get the dress by.
