They answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous or picky, very quickly. One small glitch The dress is beautiful but I wish that when you can choose the color of the dress the embellishments would also be changed to match the color of the dress. I also was very unhappy that I paid extra to have the dress by a certain day and didn't get it until 4 days after that date. I received an email asking when I needed the dress, I thought that was implied when I paid for expedited shipping. i didn't get a reply to the email until I gave them an actual date that was past the date I expected to get the dress by.
