They answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous or picky, very quickly. Right from the start I knew I was going to order from their website again just because of their exceptional customer service. Secondly when I received the dress by UPS, I was shocked that it had arrived so quickly. But the DRESS!!!! It was the most stunning thing I had ever seen! The quality of the fabric! The colors! Just what I ordered! I received my dress today! It was due to be here no later than April 28, 2014. I was surprised that it arrived so quickly! The dress is amazing. I was thrilled that fishinthesky was able to make the minor adjustments that I needed to my dress. Although, the only issue that I did have... they had sewed a bright orange company tag, with some two strand twisted rope, into a seam on the dress. There is NO way to remove it without possibly cutting a seam. But other than that, the dress was fabulous, fit great, and was exactly what I wanted!

Best Customer Service Experience Ever Fishinthesky responded quickly to every email that I sent. They were always cheerful, helpful and patient with me while we figured out the best place to have the gown shipped since I live on a military instillation and don't have an actual street address. Consequently, we ended up sending it to my father in law's house- I'll get to actually see the dress in about two weeks but I am VERY excited. After I ordered the gown I waited two weeks and then thought I would send an inquiry to check the progress of the order. Before I could send the email my father in law called to tell me it had arrived at his house that day! Simply amazing!! I would recommend fishinthesky to anyone looking for a beautiful custom gown.

Beautiful workmanship and helpful service We ordered dresses for my daughter and niece, size 2 and 4 US. The dresses arrived in perfect condition. The tailoring on the dresses was absolutely beautiful and we loved the dresses!! The only problem was sizing. I had measured both girls by the sizing chart on the website. Both dresses were too small - my niece who measured to the size 2 was a squeeze for the size 4. However, I contacted the company, via live-chat, and they were extremely helpful with the process for returns and prompt in replying to my questions. I would recommend them for beautiful dresses - only allow time as they are made to order. Again, beautiful dresses!!
