GBI cannot brag enough on the customer… I cannot brag enough on the customer service and overall fantastic experience I've had with Fit Degree. I get real help from a real person super fast when I need a solution or assistance. I feel like Fit Degree knows how deeply we care about our communities and the real issues we face as small business owners. The personal touch along with the tech savvy solutions have me sold!

GBGood program - but buggy I value the service that fitDEGREE offers and the customer support is always great. I still feel that the program still needs to improve with its intuitiveness and user friendliness - both from the studio admin side and the client side. It gets buggy often and I feel that the LOOK of the admin calendar/schedule is visually harsh. I want to love the program but am not there yet. I know that you all keep tweaking and improving. I used to have Tula software for my yoga studio and it was way more intuitve for studio and client use, BUT it didnt have account balances or studio promo/discount codes. That is why I switched to fitDEGREE. I am happy with those services now available to me. It is hard to share via this survey to share what I would consider "simple" shifts in the program to make it more user friendly. If you decide you want more details on my opinion or what bugs I keep experiencing - please let me know.

GBTop notch support team! The FitDegree support team is top notch! As a new business owner, I have a lot of questions and need to learn quickly. The support team is quick to reply, I always get replies within a day and typically within hours. And even better, the answers to my questions (whether it's a major question or something small) are thorough and solution oriented to meet my studio's needs.

GBI had a responce to my query in the… I had a responce to my query in the time frame I requested. Problem resolved and additional resolutions coming soon via personal zoom session to address a specific need. There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate fitDegree software and the team. I am not tech savvy and they are quick to respond to my help request. They have made many upgrades to the software at user requests. They really listen to the needs of their client base. The pricing of the software kept my businees functioning through closures of the last few years. I am so grateful I found fitDegree and the BEST problem solvers in the industry!
