Always beautiful quality photos Always beautiful quality photos. Easy to use web site makes ordering easy.I have used York several times and won't go anywhere else. The only thing I wish you would add is a way to print information on the back of the photo and a little faster processing/shipping.

After 15 years of ordering my family… After 15 years of ordering my family calendar from YorkPhoto I will not longer do so. I wasted hours trying to complete my calendar for your save feature to malfunction and lose hours of works repeatedly. Plus no longer can input important family dates- birthdays etc. So so disappointed.

I purchased pictures I purchased pictures. Web site had great, easy to find, templates that could be customized. Price was good. Product arrived to my house quicker than I expected and the high quality is what I have come to expect from York.

I’ve been ordering projects I’ve been ordering projects, prints and gifts from York photo for years and have never had a problem with the products. But this year my ornaments had spots on them and had to be reproduced and my first order of holiday cards were cut off on the one edge and had to be reproduced. Customer service did address the problems and put a solution in place quickly, but this is the first year in about 9 years I’ve had so many problems.

I've used York photo since I sent in film !! Loved making my photo book and using the interface provided. That part was easy. The shipping was ridiculous. I'm not sure what this new UPS service is, but it wasn't. Meaning I watched my package go to New Jersey from the mid-Atlantic region, and thence to near Seattle, before coming down here and being delivered by the post office. York photo charges plenty for shipping and it could have been here much faster using the USPS for the entire journey. Next order I paid $5 extra for 2nd day shipping (which I thought meant actually two days later) and it took a complete four days to get here, because second day does not mean that. It actually means two whole days besides weekends. So more clarity around shipping would be so useful !!!
