I ORDERED STAR, NEVER RECEIVED ANY DISPATCH INFORMATION AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THAT MY "NATIONAL POSTAGE HANDLER DOESN'T OFFER TRACK AND TRACE". LIARS. YOU DIDN'T POST THE PARCEL IN ITALY - YOU HAD TO POST IT IN THE USA WHICH OFFERS TRACK AND TRACE. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF SENDING ANYTHING. THEY SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, SET YOUR "TRACKING" INFORMATION TO "IN TRANSIT" THEN CHANGE IT TO "DELIVERED". NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I'VE REPORTED THEM TO THE FBI'S INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTRE (IC3).
