Returning customer I am a returning customer, after taking a break for a few months. My "Welcome Back' box was not a disappointment. I subscribe to the "Alpha" box and was pleasantly surprised to have received a solar panel as a free gift in my box. I was already in the market for one and now I got one in my favorite price range ... free! In addition, the other items in the box were a welcome addition to my gear. I am always happy to receive the emergency food and water. The seeds are nice addition, as well. Keep up the good work, Survival Boxes!

They don't seem to have their act together They don't seem to have their act together. Got the same first box twice, they charge before they ship (which I thought was a credit card policy violation) send conflicting messages and don't even have a listed phone number to resolve problems.

I chose to grab a single mystery box… I chose to grab a single mystery box based on what I heard while listening to the casual preppers podcast and used their discount code. I’m not upset with my box but I’m not impressed. I got 4 emergency water pouches and 2 freeze dried weis meals. The “big” item was 2 solar panels. They are heavy and I don’t see myself using them for anything other than a shtf situation. My box did not include the shredded paper that it indicated could be used as tinder. I’ll be sampling some other subscriptions to see if they seem better/more valuable to me.

Shipped on time and updates given when… Shipped on time and updates given when there was a delay.....the last survival box it seemed differed from customer to customer....hoping the new boxes have cool gear

I have been a subscriber for almost a… I have been a subscriber for almost a year now. Every box has been delivered on time or earlier then expected. I have not had any issues with boxes being damaged or any products inside the box being damaged. The customer service is fast and responsive. I asked several questions about how to obtain past "Knowledge cards", and the company sent me a full set (up to current issue) free of charge. I am very satisfied with my subscription, and will continue my subscription for a while. Thank you.
