GBI have been a subscriber for almost a… I have been a subscriber for almost a year now. Every box has been delivered on time or earlier then expected. I have not had any issues with boxes being damaged or any products inside the box being damaged. The customer service is fast and responsive. I asked several questions about how to obtain past "Knowledge cards", and the company sent me a full set (up to current issue) free of charge. I am very satisfied with my subscription, and will continue my subscription for a while. Thank you.

GBYou can't please all the people all the time 😊 The one thing that I would keep in mind, as with all subscription boxes, is that the company has to please a wide variety of people with a wide variety of interests. Each box or theme may not appeal to you personally, but it will appeal to someone. I've been a subscriber for over a year now, and I've received some items that aren't to my taste, but I'm still a subscriber, and that is probably the best recommendation I can give.

GBWell I ordered the large and the video… Well I ordered the large and the video said all new members got the box with the backpack and a more expensive knife cant remember if it was Gerber or sogg but I got a regular it was gear only which I did order gear only but it did get here in a quick time
