Ordered a picture canvas for my… Ordered a picture canvas for my anniversary on February 25th thinking that by March 2nd I would have an idea of where it would be at least here I am writing this March 4th 2021 that have successfully taken the money for said product but there is not a tracking number yet can't get but a generic response from the customer service team... this is by far the worst experience of buying anything of the internet. Thanks for nothing ended up buying a new gift... can someone tell me how to get my money back...

Great Quality! Great product and customer service. My package was delayed by one day. Nevertheless, after seeing the poster, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It was the perfect gift for my daughter and son-in-law's 10th wedding anniversary.

Updated review. They actually came through I had a HUGE issue with my order, and what seemed to be a dance-around with excuses instead of actual customer service, changed completely. I initially left a bad review, but I am recanting, because I now, feel like a valued customer, and will be receiving the level of service I and everyone else expect when shelling out some coin for a custom product. Thank yoh VistaStars for making things right. I could quite possibly even return and a repeat customer.

First Father’s Day gift… Ordered First Father’s Day t-shirt and newborn onesie (set). Adult t-shirt advertised as Unisex sizing. Received a Ladies M. Complained and after 2-3 emails and pictures to prove the adult shirt was not as advertised, I was sent a replacement that is the correct size but varies in color and lettering is not the same as the onesie- cannot use as a gift set. Emails to Vista Star are now undeliverable and no way to contact the business. Horrible experience!
