I ordered a special 50th anniversary gift for our parents. The original item had an error, so I sent an email explaining the issue. Within 15 minutes I had a response & they went to work to correct the error. I received the replacement item in plenty of time to celebrate our parents' special anniversary, and we love the quality of the item we ordered.

GBOrdered a picture canvas for my… Ordered a picture canvas for my anniversary on February 25th thinking that by March 2nd I would have an idea of where it would be at least here I am writing this March 4th 2021 that have successfully taken the money for said product but there is not a tracking number yet can't get but a generic response from the customer service team... this is by far the worst experience of buying anything of the internet. Thanks for nothing ended up buying a new gift... can someone tell me how to get my money back...
