Ordered a picture canvas for my… Ordered a picture canvas for my anniversary on February 25th thinking that by March 2nd I would have an idea of where it would be at least here I am writing this March 4th 2021 that have successfully taken the money for said product but there is not a tracking number yet can't get but a generic response from the customer service team... this is by far the worst experience of buying anything of the internet. Thanks for nothing ended up buying a new gift... can someone tell me how to get my money back...

I ordered this item for anniversary I ordered this item for air anniversary, knowing that it probably wouldn’t reach me in time. This was my fault as I discovered the website to late. Cassandra was extremely helpful, and very professional during our communications and getting in getting my revision executed quickly.
