GBI had seen this shirt previously and… I had seen this shirt previously and after my parents lost their 3rd dog, I got this for my dad to remember them all. He was heartbroken each time and this shirts reminds him of all three and the joy they brought to our family. After I ordered the shirt, I realized I wanted to change where 2 of the dogs were located on the shirt. I sent an email and within 24 hours I received a response and they elders able to adjust the short prior to processing. Great customer service!

GBQuality products and service! I was reluctant at first to order something online, but after ordering twice from this company, I am confident in their service and their products. Both of the shirts I ordered were delivered on time. To add, the products are of high quality material and have not faded.

GBTee shirts are true to size - no need to order larger! Many reviews said the Tee shirts ran small so I ordered a 3X for my husband who’s a 2X. The shirt was ginormous! The brand is Gildan and they are true to size. I contacted CustomA2Z & explained what happened. - They gave me a $6 discount on a future purchase. I was hoping for a bit more but hey, $6 off is $6 off! I ordered an additional shirt, slightly different model. My complaint on this one was that the 2 Chihuahua heads are the same size as the Mastiff heads which leads to some confusion! They were perfectly sized on the first shirt I got… Oh well. Hubby is still happy!

AUSTAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY!!! These guys are crooks. I ordered $1360 worth of apparel in March 23. It's now November 23 and Nothing has been sent to me. I have enquired over 30 times. They keep saying they will get back to me and don't. They haven't even sent a tracking number, so clearly they haven't even sent it. Ive asked for my money back and no one responds. Now they have just stopped replying. There is no number to verbally talk to someone either. DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THESE CROOKS!

GB5 + stars for great customer service… 5 + stars for great customer service and unique shirts and masks! Can’t say enough about the customer service😊. I made an error on the name of my dog on the shirt and quickly sent an email to customer support. They were so quick to acknowledge the correction to be made and sure enough, when received, the name was correct! Also, Initial Delivery was within a few days of ordering - Awesome!! But the shirt design was missing some things. I emailed customer support again and they profusely apologized, corrected and sent the correct shirt again within 3 days which met all my expectations! Errors can happen but when a company acknowledges it and corrects it in such a timely manner, that’s a good company!
