AUSTAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY!!! These guys are crooks. I ordered $1360 worth of apparel in March 23. It's now November 23 and Nothing has been sent to me. I have enquired over 30 times. They keep saying they will get back to me and don't. They haven't even sent a tracking number, so clearly they haven't even sent it. Ive asked for my money back and no one responds. Now they have just stopped replying. There is no number to verbally talk to someone either. DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THESE CROOKS!

GBDISGRACEFUL QUALITY, DELIVERY AND SERVICE!! My son ordered a keyring for his girlfriend with an engraving of her dog as a Christmas gift. Despite paying an extortionate amount for VIP delivery - this took way over a month to arrive!!! The keyring is dreadful!!! It bears no resemblance to her pet whatsoever and the quality is worse than poor! Christmas crackers have more superior gifts!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND AVOID!!!!

GBSCAM WARNING I ordered several items, some T shirts and a decorative pillow I spent over $120 dollars. I received one small package with the pillow inside and waited for weeks for the shirts to arrive. (They never did) I contacted customer support via email and they say since Ups shows a package arrived and was delivered there’s nothing they can do. So I guess I bought the most expensive crappy quality pillow ever sold. Unfortunately I didn’t read all of the terrible reviews on this company until after I ordered the merchandise. THIS COMPANY SCAMS YOU DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

GB5 + stars for great customer service… 5 + stars for great customer service and unique shirts and masks! Can’t say enough about the customer service😊. I made an error on the name of my dog on the shirt and quickly sent an email to customer support. They were so quick to acknowledge the correction to be made and sure enough, when received, the name was correct! Also, Initial Delivery was within a few days of ordering - Awesome!! But the shirt design was missing some things. I emailed customer support again and they profusely apologized, corrected and sent the correct shirt again within 3 days which met all my expectations! Errors can happen but when a company acknowledges it and corrects it in such a timely manner, that’s a good company!

GBVery good experience for “The… Very good experience for “The Dogfather” tee shirt for Father’s Day! I had forgotten to put my husbands name beneath his picture. I contacted CustomA2Z & they made the change after order had been submitted incorrectly. Very impressed with the end results!
