DISGRACEFUL QUALITY, DELIVERY AND SERVICE!! My son ordered a keyring for his girlfriend with an engraving of her dog as a Christmas gift. Despite paying an extortionate amount for VIP delivery - this took way over a month to arrive!!! The keyring is dreadful!!! It bears no resemblance to her pet whatsoever and the quality is worse than poor! Christmas crackers have more superior gifts!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND AVOID!!!!

The website says delivery would arrive within 5-16 days 23 days later No shirt Tracking number shows usps shipping facility “waiting for item” as of June 10th No update since then No shirt No tracking update Too late for Father’s Day now. I would not have ordered this for a gift if I would have known it would not arrive on time or at all. The shipping date on wen page indicated it would arrive in plenty of time. Mask is cheap polyester Mask is cheap polyester. No mention of this on website. The appearance of the masks on facebook and online as you put together the personalized order, appears embroidered on and quite detailed. It is simply screen printed on the cheap fabric. No nose clip. Price was through the roof expensive for the poor quality of the product. Buyer beware.
