DISGRACEFUL QUALITY, DELIVERY AND SERVICE!! My son ordered a keyring for his girlfriend with an engraving of her dog as a Christmas gift. Despite paying an extortionate amount for VIP delivery - this took way over a month to arrive!!! The keyring is dreadful!!! It bears no resemblance to her pet whatsoever and the quality is worse than poor! Christmas crackers have more superior gifts!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND AVOID!!!!

The package arrived literally about 5… The package arrived literally about 5 days after I ordered it! Amazing since it was personalized!!
