AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE If zero stars could be given, I'd do that. My fiancée ordered outfits for her bridesmaids for our wedding from Tulle and Chantilly and the experience has been awful. The website advertised 4-5 weeks for delivery, and it has now been 8 weeks and we have nothing. My fiancée has emailed them many times, and Sophie the customer service rep is very wishy-washy about delivery, not ever giving us a set date for delivery, even hinting the clothes weren't even done (8 weeks after ordering......). Apparently from other reviews on this site, this is a consistent problem. They're not worth the time of day, let alone your business.

Excellent service, beautiful dresses Excellent experience! Bridal party of six ordered individually but our rep was so helpful and coordinated the orders including a custom size for one girl. Shipment time ranged from 3-5 weeks as stated. Color and style are beautiful. Fit was great (once we got everyone to understand you need to order by measurements!). Can’t wait to see these at the October wedding !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. I had a very poor first impression with them and their communication/customer service is terrible. You will also see a surprise international transaction fee on your bank statement too- something that they do not tell you about. I will NOT be buying anything from them due to this. Save yourself a headache and heartache with trying to work with this overseas company- not worth your time or stress. As a bride, you should enjoy this journey and not deal with terrible companies such as this.

Absolutely amazing service and gorgeous, high quality dresses! Tulle & Chantilly is nothing short of amazing! The ordering process was a breeze and my package came days earlier than expected, which is always a good thing! When I had to make changes to my first order, although they unfortunately do exchanges or refunds, the Customer Service team was great with communicating with me and getting me a good discount and rushed shipping! Their dresses are gorgeous material and are so flattering! I highly recommend!
