Terrible customer service and dress quality Dress did not come at all like it was described. And per the recommendation of the customer service, they added an inch to the waist which made a standard dress "custom" and then voided any potential to return. They won't offer any return for the dress and told me to try and sell it and order another. Don't order!!! So many other sites out there that are better.

I love my dress I love my dress! And more importantly, the bride loves it! Its the perfect color, arrived very quickly (because I didn't do custom, I just ordered a size up from my usual size) I need a hem and a little taken in but that's because I am done nursing my youngest and wasn't sure about the boob situation. It's beautiful and really great quality.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. I had a very poor first impression with them and their communication/customer service is terrible. You will also see a surprise international transaction fee on your bank statement too- something that they do not tell you about. I will NOT be buying anything from them due to this. Save yourself a headache and heartache with trying to work with this overseas company- not worth your time or stress. As a bride, you should enjoy this journey and not deal with terrible companies such as this.

I was the winner of 6 free bridesmaids… I was the winner of 6 free bridesmaids dresses from an online giveaway. I chose the Sleeveless Tulle Long Bridesmaid Dress with Halter Neck TBQP359, in Burgundy and the dresses are actually far more beautiful in person then they appear online. We were pleasantly surprised! The burgundy color is absolutely perfect! Customer service was also very responsive and easy to work with. 5 stars!
