Soo many baskets should be rename to… Soo many baskets should be renamed to sooo disappointing! Awful customer service, with a specially boxed bottle of Champagne arriving 9 days late in a broken box. The recipient was asked to travel to a UPS facility 15 mins away from the address it was to be delivered to, shipping of $28 a waste of time. Save your money for something else.

The best of the best I constantly have incredibly experiences with this company. Their baskets are gorgeous and very elegant looking- I always get compliment when I send them as a gift. The customer service is amazing! They are quick and thorough.. and the price is right. I must have used this company at least 10 times, including bulk orders, and have always only had great experiences.
