IESoo many baskets should be rename to… Soo many baskets should be renamed to sooo disappointing! Awful customer service, with a specially boxed bottle of Champagne arriving 9 days late in a broken box. The recipient was asked to travel to a UPS facility 15 mins away from the address it was to be delivered to, shipping of $28 a waste of time. Save your money for something else.

USFAIL - did not deliver I was debating sending flowers or champagne for a special event, and went with champagne from this company. The website gave a next day delivery date and 3 days later the champagne still has not turned up. I should have gone with a reputable florist and not wasted money and missed the opportunity to do something thoughtful. 0/5 stars

USBest customer service I've ever had Best customer service I've ever had. I was in a real pinch to get my friend a gift for her new promotion and Dori made it happen. You just don't get companies that are willing to do this anymore. I will be a customer for life!

IEExcellent Service Ordered a thank you basket online from Ireland to be delivered in New York. Service was excellent, I requested a specific day for delivery and it was delivered on time. Recipient loved the gift too - thank you!
