GBExcellent Experience and service Well I received my 20oz tumbler and was very excited until I opened the box and everything about it was wrong, so I contacted Cipustar and told them about my disappointment and they said they would love to be given the chance to fix and I really wanted this for a gift for my best friend so I did and the correct tumbler came within a couple of weeks and I am very happy with service and the tumble is perfect!!! Will order again from Cipustar!!!

GBSlight Delay, But Worth the wait I must admit there was a slight delay in the shipping, likely due to the distance as I live in Quatar. However, once my personalized tumbler arrived, any concerns about the wait melted away.

GBMug is even cuter than expected! I made a mistake on my last minute Christmas mug order. I frantically tried contacting Cipustar, time difference making it a little challenging, but have no fear a very kind representative told me we caught it before print and got it changed for me. I was most grateful!! The mug is absolutely adorable and looks like all of my pups! I received many compliments!
