GBCannot fault the customer service Cannot fault the customer service, I had a few problems, but they were rectified almost immediately, the staff so very courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend Cipustar to everyone. Wish every company was as reliable and generous as Cipustar. Plus I loved the products that I purchased. The mugs that change from black to animals photo and name are fantastic, I have bought 5 of them.

GBExcellent Experience and service Well I received my 20oz tumbler and was very excited until I opened the box and everything about it was wrong, so I contacted Cipustar and told them about my disappointment and they said they would love to be given the chance to fix and I really wanted this for a gift for my best friend so I did and the correct tumbler came within a couple of weeks and I am very happy with service and the tumble is perfect!!! Will order again from Cipustar!!!

GBNice mugs with good quality printing He mugs are of excellent quality with well-executed printing. However, it was a bit disappointing to find that one of them had three chips on it.

GBShipping Information No status updates, until I emailed to find out and even then it took several days to get an update where the package was but I would order again I would just order earlier next time.

GBSlight Delay, But Worth the wait I must admit there was a slight delay in the shipping, likely due to the distance as I live in Quatar. However, once my personalized tumbler arrived, any concerns about the wait melted away.
