GBOrdered an item Ordered an item - got email notification to say will be with you with 5 working days. After this point it went down hill rapid. Item never shown 2 weeks later, I go on live chat and they will log investigation. No update, so I log on again another chat, yes you will have a credit. I want the item and I think the delivery should be free and express. We can order it again and you will have to wait 7-8 days! Give you delivery for free, but wait! So I will have not updates from yourselves, I will have to chase the item again and again - what level of service are you offering customers!

GBEasy to use app Easy to use app. Found what I was looking for. Reasonable price too. I ordered wrong colour so had to return. No evri returns note with order. I have no printer & parcel too heavy for me to carry to parcel shop. Customer services very helpful & sent me a returns note in the post. Parcel returned refund done. All good. Placed another order & it's on the way.

GBGood choice and service I've used this company for many many years now and have been mostly pleased with the overall service I've received. The only thing I don't like much, which is why I've marked it one star down, is the way you return things. I dislike printing out a label and returning to an Evri shop as mine is not that local! If I ever couldn't use a car, I would have difficulty in returning items.
