GBNever Buy From Cusgiftlove.com I wish I could put ZERO stars on this company!! I have receipts and everything to prove that this is indeed their product!! I would advise anyone to NOT EVER ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers and fail to refund my money back as their advertising promised. I paid $73 for the heart shaped frame that supposed to play music, which wasn’t created. I received a frame with the picture cropped on our faces. It was supposed to have been delivered by February 14th and was ordered back in January. I didn’t get it until yesterday and how disappointed I am!! I request to send it back and want my full refund but they want to offer me 15% of my refund a keep this ugly frame!! IM NOT NEGOTIATING!! I am an attorney and will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY!! I promised them that if they didn’t refund's my money I’ll post a negative review on all social media platforms…so here we go!! Until I receive my refund, I’ll keep posting and encouraging people to NEVER SHOP ON CUSGIFT.COM

AUNo response for faulty order Wish there was 0 stars. Paid for an order, received the T-shirt and the printing was completely wrong. Sent a photo of evidence to the support email and requested either a fix or refund and they’ve never responded to me. Sent 2 emails now, 2 weeks apart. No response.

GBUnfortunately was very disappointed… Unfortunately was very disappointed with the final product. I emailed company they gave me reasons that only make sense to them. I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.
