Beautiful keepsakes It started rocky due to My anxiousness. However, the finished product turned out beautifully, after I took off the protective film used in shipping. Unfortunately was very disappointed… Unfortunately was very disappointed with the final product. I emailed company they gave me reasons that only make sense to them. I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.

Don’t waste $$ or your Heart You can’t post a review on their actual page or post a photo. Their craftsmanship and csr is beyond 3 world horrible. It takes forever to get a defective item from within the United States.. after business response… the overprinting and date of death in no way is a protective coating.. nor is the deliberate shutting off reviews on your main page and not allowing photos to be posted ( 3 apr 2023)

Great gift ideas… Easy to order and arrived quicker than expected. Well packaged , lovely quality item which looks exactly as advertised. But on receiving its so worth the money paid. Make excellent gifts and just that little bit different , adore my personalised rug. Would definitelybuy again from this seller.
