Beautiful item. Customer service was wonderful when I had a question. Item ived in a timely manner and was just beautiful.

I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.

Winky's Wings The company responded quickly to my email regarding the item I purchased text didn't look right. I didn't realize there was a film to remove. I was frustrated at first because my dog had just passed away. The company explained that I need to remove the film and once I finally got the film off, my product looked beautiful. The size was perfect and looked beautiful next to my dogs urn.

Registered Nurse…Mugs Bought 3 mugs for my Registered Nurse colleagues. The quality is awesome and the personal design I chose for each one, was perfect. Don’t waste $$ or your Heart You can’t post a review on their actual page or post a photo. Their craftsmanship and csr is beyond 3 world horrible. It takes forever to get a defective item from within the United States.. after business response… the overprinting and date of death in no way is a protective coating.. nor is the deliberate shutting off reviews on your main page and not allowing photos to be posted ( 3 apr 2023)
