No response for faulty order Wish there was 0 stars. Paid for an order, received the T-shirt and the printing was completely wrong. Sent a photo of evidence to the support email and requested either a fix or refund and they’ve never responded to me. Sent 2 emails now, 2 weeks apart. No response.

This is my second order from CusGifts… This is my second order from CusGifts and again they didn’t disappoint. I had a question about a part of my order, they were quick to answer. I am totally happy with the quality of my order, which was two personalized mugs and a personalized outdoor mini flag. I will definitely order from them again. Such unique, personal gifts you can order from them.

Registered Nurse…Mugs Bought 3 mugs for my Registered Nurse colleagues. The quality is awesome and the personal design I chose for each one, was perfect. My colleagues loved them, they said " they had never seen anything like them before". They have been through the dishwasher and come out perfect. Definitely recommend CusGifts

Unfortunately was very disappointed… Unfortunately was very disappointed with the final product. I emailed company they gave me reasons that only make sense to them. I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.
