Still waiting two months, Prt 2 You said you sent the finished product, but I have proof it never got to me. Both USPS and PayPal want to know how the medium sized door mat you "supposedly" sent, weighs only 9oz, when it should be about 2-3 lbs. at least, according to the information given to me by USPS. You lie about the delivery and if you did send me something which I doubt, it was not the personalized medium door mat I ordered. Just give me the refund before you have a bedridden, handicapped person in small claims court suing you for the $44.94 you stiffed me out of.

I purchased 5 heart memorial plaques. I purchased one heart memorial plaque for my mom. Her sister loved it so much that we purchased four more with the exact same design! The company was quick, clear, knowledgeable, honest, and patient during our communication. I would highly recommend this company to others. Only criticism is that shipping takes pretty long (almost a month for my first order) and there’s no way to add gift wrapping or anything if you’re sending it directly to someone.

Winky's Wings The company responded quickly to my email regarding the item I purchased text didn't look right. I didn't realize there was a film to remove. I was frustrated at first because my dog had just passed away. The company explained that I need to remove the film and once I finally got the film off, my product looked beautiful. The size was perfect and looked beautiful next to my dogs urn.
