No response for faulty order Wish there was 0 stars. Paid for an order, received the T-shirt and the printing was completely wrong. Sent a photo of evidence to the support email and requested either a fix or refund and they’ve never responded to me. Sent 2 emails now, 2 weeks apart. No response.

This is my second order from CusGifts… This is my second order from CusGifts and again they didn’t disappoint. I had a question about a part of my order, they were quick to answer. I am totally happy with the quality of my order, which was two personalized mugs and a personalized outdoor mini flag. I will definitely order from them again. Winky's Wings The company responded quickly to my email regarding the item I purchased text didn't look right. I didn't realize there was a film to remove. I was frustrated at first because my dog had just passed away. The company explained that I need to remove the film and once I finally got the film off, my product looked beautiful. The size was perfect and looked beautiful next to my dogs urn.
