Winky's Wings The company responded quickly to my email regarding the item I purchased text didn't look right. I didn't realize there was a film to remove. I was frustrated at first because my dog had just passed away. The company explained that I need to remove the film and once I finally got the film off, my product looked beautiful. The size was perfect and looked beautiful next to my dogs urn.

It takes forever to get a defective item from within the United States.. after business response… the overprinting and date of death in no way is a protective coating.. nor is the deliberate shutting off reviews on your main page and not allowing photos to be posted ( 3 apr 2023)
