I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. Winky's Wings The company responded quickly to my email regarding the item I purchased text didn't look right. I didn't realize there was a film to remove. I was frustrated at first because my dog had just passed away. The company explained that I need to remove the film and once I finally got the film off, my product looked beautiful. The size was perfect and looked beautiful next to my dogs urn.
