Perfect sign above expectations There was a minor issue when my sign didn't arrive. So I contacted Cus gifts & somehow my email when I to the junk mail. Once they found it in junk they responded quickly, remade my sign & shipped it to my home address not my PO. I was very happy with the sign when it arrived it was very well made & better than I imagined. Thankyou for rectifying my issue so quickly & professionally. Definitely recommend this company

No response for faulty order Wish there was 0 stars. Paid for an order, received the T-shirt and the printing was completely wrong. Sent a photo of evidence to the support email and requested either a fix or refund and they’ve never responded to me. Sent 2 emails now, 2 weeks apart. No response.

Great gift ideas… Easy to order and arrived quicker than expected. Well packaged , lovely quality item which looks exactly as advertised. But on receiving its so worth the money paid. Make excellent gifts and just that little bit different , adore my personalised rug. Would definitelybuy again from this seller.

I purchased 5 heart memorial plaques. I purchased one heart memorial plaque for my mom. Her sister loved it so much that we purchased four more with the exact same design! The company was quick, clear, knowledgeable, honest, and patient during our communication. I would highly recommend this company to others. Only criticism is that shipping takes pretty long (almost a month for my first order) and there’s no way to add gift wrapping or anything if you’re sending it directly to someone.
