GBCustom Heart Flower shadow box I ordered the Custom Heart Flower Shadow Box with Photo from cusgifts.com on February 1, 2024 (I saw it on tik tok) I paid for express shipping so that it would be to be either by the 14th or before the 14th of February. I received a call from my bank regarding this purchase on February 16th asking me if I had been scammed. I had in fact been scammed. The order was never filled and I do NOT recommend this company for items.

AUNo response for faulty order Wish there was 0 stars. Paid for an order, received the T-shirt and the printing was completely wrong. Sent a photo of evidence to the support email and requested either a fix or refund and they’ve never responded to me. Sent 2 emails now, 2 weeks apart. No response.

GBDon’t waste $$ or your Heart You can’t post a review on their actual page or post a photo. Their craftsmanship and csr is beyond 3 world horrible. It takes forever to get a defective item from within the United States.. after business response… the overprinting and date of death in no way is a protective coating.. nor is the deliberate shutting off reviews on your main page and not allowing photos to be posted ( 3 apr 2023)

GBStill waiting two months, Prt 2 You said you sent the finished product, but I have proof it never got to me. Both USPS and PayPal want to know how the medium sized door mat you "supposedly" sent, weighs only 9oz, when it should be about 2-3 lbs. at least, according to the information given to me by USPS. You lie about the delivery and if you did send me something which I doubt, it was not the personalized medium door mat I ordered. Just give me the refund before you have a bedridden, handicapped person in small claims court suing you for the $44.94 you stiffed me out of.

GBUnfortunately was very disappointed… Unfortunately was very disappointed with the final product. I emailed company they gave me reasons that only make sense to them. I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.
