Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Seem like they dont GAF about the customers. We have had an account for a long time and the first time we ran into an issue, I contacted customer service. They are very short, justify why things are late. Big Bold Letters state 1-2 day turnaround for personalized items. We are at 16 days and still nothing. My wife and I have bothed missed out on Valentines day. No apology, no nothing. Just tells me that there is a 16-20 day turnaround from shipment date. We have closed our account and will find elsewhere to spend our hard earned money!!!

I send my favorite, most loved pictures, choose how I want them represented, whether it be canvas prints, plush blankets, or a variety of other items. This company provides top, lasting, beautiful quality. The quality they provide truly does justice to our most loved people, pets, moments of our lives. For those of us who are romantic about life's most important experiences, they truly help us to keep the special, most-cherished memories alive. When I have surprised random people with gifts, i.e., the town jeweler, the hair stylist, the nurse at the doctor's office, the neighbor, the grocery clerk, the pet adoption lady; most of the time the recipient of a gift produced by Personalization Mall has been received with tears and a hug, or a gaping mouth while they stare at the beauty of receiving a gift with the image of someone they love. It means quite a lot. Even on rare occasion, when something turned out a little dark, or not what I expected, or a coffee mug arrived broken, they were immediately helpful. They always provide complete satisfaction and peace of mind with every order immediately. I never worry at all about ordering anything from this company.

I will never order from this company… I will never order from this company again. I purchased 2 items in the same color, one item came back a totally different color, drab looking and looked nothing like what was pictured on their site. I contacted the company, sending the pictures of both items and they refused to credit me for the item. They wanted to give me a 20% credit for something I can't use.
