Promptly guided me to raise a claim. The claim was addressed by Sam Smith within the promised 1 hour period and was given new working gift cards. Great to work with EJgiftcards team. Will recommend to my friends.

I've purchased almost $4000 worth of gift cards from this site with no problems until I got a few cards in one of my orders with $0 balance on the giftcard (x3 of $50 Kohl's giftcard). I opened a claim with Ejgiftcard team and the response was "the card balance has been used by the buyer!!!!!" and they reject the claim. This is ridiculous.

Giftcards worked fine. I've bought gift cards from them for a while now, no problems with the gift cards so far. All the codes worked. Their prices are very competitive which makes them one of the first place I check when I need a gift card. The system is a bit wonky, it cancels orders automatically sometimes. But they manually process the orders after a while which is a bit inconvenient if you need the gift cards instantly. So far I'd give it a 5/5 from my experience.
