GBI have purchased nearly $700 worth of… I have purchased nearly $700 worth of gift cards at this point and they work every time! Great customer service as well. I was initially hesitant to use this website since they only take Zelle as opposed to credit cards but now I don't worry at all because my experience with them has been flawless.

GBGiftcards worked fine. I've bought gift cards from them for a while now, no problems with the gift cards so far. All the codes worked. Their prices are very competitive which makes them one of the first place I check when I need a gift card. The system is a bit wonky, it cancels orders automatically sometimes. But they manually process the orders after a while which is a bit inconvenient if you need the gift cards instantly. So far I'd give it a 5/5 from my experience.

GBThis company stole from me This company stole from me. I immediately reported a card that I could not use and then went on vacation. I came back into town only to receive notification to submit the request online. I submitted the request online and was denied a refund, due to a technicality: I didn't submit online in time! Don't let them steal your money!! BEWARE!! Many other discount gift card sites have amazing customer service like Card Cookie and Raise - incredible customer service: they don't make you jump through hoops if you have an issue.

GBThe layout of their website lead me to… The layout of their website lead me to believe I could only pay for a gift card using bitcoin. When I sent the payment, I sent 2 transactions which totaled more than i needed to send. They canceled the order saying I underpaid and I can see the funds I sent them sitting in a bitcoin wallet unspent. The customer service phone number didn't work and it takes forever to get a response by email. The agent said they only saw $4 out of $25 I sent, and that they sent my refund request to someone else 4 days ago. Will never use them again

GBReceived $0 card - issue was resolved but took some time I got a good deal on some gift cards; however, one of them was delivered with a $0 balance. I emailed support 3x and they finally responded with the suggestion to open a claim. The typical claim resolution takes 14-21 days which is an absurdly long time. On the 20th day I hadn't heard anything and emailed support to get an update. I got a response within 24 hours stating they confirmed the issue on their end and it would be another 14-21 days for a new card to be issued. This was disappointing to hear, but instead they turned it around within another few hours. Overall happy with the result and will shop again. But disappointed the matter took so long to resolve.
