Gift card came quick I received my GrubHub gift card within minutes of sending the payment. The process of buying it requires a few steps. I had to send a payment through Zelle and include a confirmation number in the notes section. I will buy more gift cards and I recommend EJgiftcards.

Received $0 card - issue was resolved but took some time I got a good deal on some gift cards; however, one of them was delivered with a $0 balance. I emailed support 3x and they finally responded with the suggestion to open a claim. The typical claim resolution takes 14-21 days which is an absurdly long time. On the 20th day I hadn't heard anything and emailed support to get an update. I got a response within 24 hours stating they confirmed the issue on their end and it would be another 14-21 days for a new card to be issued. This was disappointing to hear, but instead they turned it around within another few hours. Overall happy with the result and will shop again. But disappointed the matter took so long to resolve.

Amazing deals just understand their payments Amazing deals, but you have to use Crypto or Zelle to get them, which is understandable to keep prices low. It does default to Crypto as payment so if you want to use Zelle be sure to select the right tab. Pavan at customer service is always helpful too!
