Very fast shipping and excellent … Very fast shipping and excellent communication when they contacted me by phone and email about a misdirected shipment. They handled it all from their end. 5 stars.

Very satisfied I purchased a curly lamb ambassador hat and having a large head I ordered the largest size. Nice the size was unusual I was contacted by Russian Legacy to make sure I had measured correctly. Once the size was verified, everything was quick and painless and the hat is beautiful and fits great. I really appreciated their efforts to ensure my satisfaction.

Risky Purchase? Tried to purchase a hat on the Russian Legacy website and Paypal cancelled the transaction due to some "identified risk".

Value Prompt, efficient, courteous service and a great product. I think that defines value. Highly recommended!

All good That hat fits great. And the customer support was excellent throughout the process, from ensuring that the size is right to following up on whether the shipment arrives in a secure and timely manner.
