Risky Purchase? Tried to purchase a hat on the Russian Legacy website and Paypal cancelled the transaction due to some "identified risk".

Very Pleased! Very pleased by my experiences with Russian Legacy. Initially, I phoned the Company and expressed an interest in an Ambassador Persian Lamb hat. My interlocutor very patiently explained to me how to obtain an accurate measurement of my hat size. He reviewed shipping time frames. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the process from ordering to delivery of merchandise. .My hat promptly arrived in about 2 weeks time from order date. The fit and workmanship are excellent. In the future I will have absolutely no reservations about patronizing Russian Legacy again.

Great product and service Received my Astrakhan ambassador hat a few weeks ago, superb fit and quality, excellent customer service, Russian Legacy contacted me to check that I had got the sizing right, the only downside is that my brother now wants one after having seen mine!! so I will get him one for his birthday in a couple of months.
