Better than I expected.. I had read some pretty bad reviews right after I placed my order and panicked cause I hadn’t received an order confirmation. But shortly after emailing they sent one and a shipping notification a few days later! The only reason I took a star off is because of the lack of initial communication email and that they sent 8 sets of dinner plates instead of the 4 dinner and 4 dessert that I ordered.

Another great experience! This is my second time using Birthday Express and had another great experience. The decorations were high quality and at a really great price. Shipping was also faster than expected. Highly recommend!

Missing piñata Shipping took a long time. I received almost everything. I still have not received my piñata and I have emailed and called what number I could find multiple times and still no response. My sons party is tomorrow and I still don’t have an answer on my piñata.
