There were some negative reviews but we… There were some negative reviews but we have no complaints! Everything arrived in timely fashion and great quality! We did a Monster Jam birthday theme and honestly it’s hard to find decorations for but Birthday Express had everything and for great prices! I even got a promo code to take 20% off which covered typically shipping fee.

Everything is reasonably priced and… Everything is reasonably priced and arrived quick. The only negative is that I ordered 2 packs of 20 napkins each and received 2 packs of 16 napkins each. This may be an issue depending on how many people show up to the party. But overall I am satisfied and would buy from them again.

Huge selection They have a large variety of birthday items and hard to find party themes. I have been a customer ever since they were called Celebrate Express... for my daughter's 1st birthday back in '08! Now I'm buying items for her Sweet 16 :)

Better than I expected.. I had read some pretty bad reviews right after I placed my order and panicked cause I hadn’t received an order confirmation. But shortly after emailing they sent one and a shipping notification a few days later! The only reason I took a star off is because of the lack of initial communication email and that they sent 8 sets of dinner plates instead of the 4 dinner and 4 dessert that I ordered.

Fantastic! Fantastic! Great prices! Then I was giving a welcome coupon and I loaded up my cart with more! Shipping was as advertised and expected. I was missing one item from my shipment but, it wasn’t a deal breaker. It was a less than a dollar item. And I would certainly order from here again.
