Very Bad quality Really disappointed with my purchase, tried to contact the company and still haven't heard back from them.

WARNING WARNING WARNING I had trust based on the reviews, which I now feel are fake. This HONG KONG based company stole my money and never shipped my dress. I've attempted to contact customer service, who is only online chat with very broken English. Their phones are always "in construction" (their words) There is no supervisor or manager and I've been flat out lied to on multiple occasions. I've contacted online chat two, three times in a row and got two, three different answers as to where my dress is. Scratch that. My daughters prom dress. My daughter, who is so heartbroken at this point. If you don't want that experience and you don't have hundreds of dollars to just give Hong Kong, be warned. I'm not warning you because I'm happy with my purchase or better yet, because I hold some sort of grudge against some foreign company with pretty dresses... I'm warning you because I wish someone had warned me! I've got nothing else to lose by trying to save another poor soul. :(

Happy overall! I was worried about ordering a dress online, but once it arrived all worries were swept away! The dress was high quality and obviously hand made. But, there were a few spots of moisture on the dress as if it had been sprinkled with water. The dress is beautiful though, and I would order from this site again.

Super happy with my order!! I have to say thank you to all the workers in this company! I have to say I was very worried and I do not trust to buy things by internet, but I took the risk... and yes! I got my wonderful dress the one I ordered, perfectly fitted! I have to make some small adjustments, but I TOTALLY LOVE it!!! <3 <3 <3 I definitely will recommend this company to my family and friends!! AWESOME I was a little iffy about the site just because of how inexpensive the dress was- but I found a prom dress that i REALLY liked and went for it. Shipping was kinda expensive since it was out of China and I'm in the U.S. but I ordered the dress on the 10th and got it on the 13th! I made the date of arrival for feb. 13th and got it jan. 13th (A full month early!) Anyways, I absolutely LOVE the dress! It was very true to the size chart on the website and and color in the picture. I would definitely order another dress from this website!
