Happy overall! I was worried about ordering a dress online, but once it arrived all worries were swept away! The dress was high quality and obviously hand made. But, there were a few spots of moisture on the dress as if it had been sprinkled with water. The dress is beautiful though, and I would order from this site again.

AWESOME I was a little iffy about the site just because of how inexpensive the dress was- but I found a prom dress that i REALLY liked and went for it. Shipping was kinda expensive since it was out of China and I'm in the U.S. but I ordered the dress on the 10th and got it on the 13th! I made the date of arrival for feb. 13th and got it jan. 13th (A full month early!) Anyways, I absolutely LOVE the dress! It was very true to the size chart on the website and and color in the picture. I would definitely order another dress from this website!

Ok..... almost The dress is much more inexpensive than the designer version, plus the shipping time is extremely prompt.... HOWEVER!!!! In all fairness, if I had not tried on the designer dress in the store to feel the difference in quality I could maybe accept it. The biggest deal-breaker for me though is the fact that they obviously re-create these designs from the online photos. Don't get me wrong, they do a great job, however the difference between subtle crystal and pearl beading, compared to SEQUINS and larger glass-looking beads make a deal-breaker for me. I'm not a "bling" person and that much detail would overwhelm me. As my sister put it - it takes the dress from wedding to prom. It was the same with the veil, what was some nice detailing on the website became cheap and tacky looking stitched onto an un-edged veil. Also, having tried on the nice light chiffon gown in store, and then to try on the chiffon layered over satin (or some other synthetic) is entirely sweaty and uncomfortable. The warmth may be great in China, but not in Australia. I cannot fault them otherwise, it is a perfectly beautiful dress and would fit me wonderfully with some alterations, but the detail and the fabric are two things I cannot compromise on. On a side note, I'd like to say that the DHL delivery was a disappointment. They don't notify you at all that if you have a dog, they won't come in your yard. If I had been busy doing something and not noticed the van that sat outside with the engine running for 5 minutes, he would have driven off without me being aware that he'd been there. He didn't even get out of his damn van because he saw a dog. There was a delay with my shipment, so they gave me a "gift" to make up for it. Sorry, Lucys dresses but cheap metal earrings aren't going to make up for anything, fortunately I didn't care that I had a few more days wait. Re-gifted rightaway.

Unimpressed!! I was kind of skeptical about ordering from this company and even more so when I found out it was based in China. My daughter ordered a prom dress, and initially I gave it a positive review, because it is a beautiful dress, but after thoroughly looking over the entire dress I see spots on the dress in the back. I'm not sure what they are but I'm returning it. This dress cost too much money. I'm very unsatisfied!
