Missed opportunity I submitted a request to my favorite city with no response yet. My order took too long to be delivered, so unable to use for the intended purpose. Still waiting to hear about a refund. If it would have been delivered more timely I am sure I would have been pleased. Because of the shipping and lack of customer service, I do not plan to order from My Favorite City in the future.

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Delivery Customer service was great! They called as soon as my order was placed to discuss the delivery date that I had entered. Awesome gift basket! I sent the Taste of Georgia Deluxe Food Gift basket to my friend for her fiftieth birthday and she loved it. She especially liked the Georgia Peach Butter. She also now uses the basket to hold her mail. Great job My Favorite City!

Awesome gift baskets! I bought several gift baskets here for Mother's Day - to send to my mom, aunts and friends. They were beautiful. Everyone loved them and was so excited to receive. Woul definitely order from here again.

This company is HORRIBLE! Their customer service is non existent. I have left voicemail's and sent multiple emails on a care package I was trying to send 10 days ago. After not hearing from any one, I canceled the order.
