Beautiful, Yummy, and Fun Gift Basket! I ordered a special custom gift basket for my girlfriend. She recently had major surgery and needed cheering up. I had great products to choose from and was very pleased with the final outcome. My girlfriend was so excited when it arrived. It was so beautifully packaged! The customer service was great! ORDER PLACED - NOT RECEIVED - NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY!! We placed an order on August 17, 2016. We still have not received our product. I have called them several times using both options offered and they never answer the phone. I have emailed them asking about the status and we received one phone call 2 weeks ago and they said they were shipping it the following Monday and we should receive it by September 8. Still no product. I just called them again....used both options.......no answer! I also sent them an email, no response. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This company is HORRIBLE! Their customer service is non existent. I have left voicemail's and sent multiple emails on a care package I was trying to send 10 days ago. After not hearing from any one, I canceled the order.

SKETCHY! If you aren't making 25 baskets for 4 out of state conferences, expecting your $350 order to come within a month, don't need to reach customer service by 'live chat' or by phone within that month of waiting for your products to arrive, then MyFAvoriteCity will not disappoint you. They do have unique items but the stress and anxiety they caused me for my biggest order of the year was not worth it and after requesting my order to be cancelled 3x, low and behold, I got my products delivered! They cost me more money than I earned since I had to pay extra shipping to rush my orders to my clients out of state to meet their deadline. I will NEVER order from them again.
