fun product; good service I enjoy ordering from MyFavoriteCity. The products are appealing and well received. I will repeat that it would be helpful if the firm added a log in to the website for returning customers. I order a number of times per year and would appreciate this time-saving feature.

Love that there is a place to get affordable "city" memorabilia. Both times I ordered, I received a call stating they were out of some of the merchandise I had ordered but it took them 3-4 days to even call to state that. So, I was very worried I wouldn't receive the package in time as both of them were time sensitive. But, they both arrived just in the nick of time.

This company is HORRIBLE! Their customer service is non existent. I have left voicemail's and sent multiple emails on a care package I was trying to send 10 days ago. After not hearing from any one, I canceled the order.

Awesome gift baskets! I bought several gift baskets here for Mother's Day - to send to my mom, aunts and friends. They were beautiful. Everyone loved them and was so excited to receive. Woul definitely order from here again.
