Best Gift Basket I have ever received I just moved to San Fransico from Texas to start a new job. I didn't know anyone and very unfamiliar with the area. ORDER PLACED - NOT RECEIVED - NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY!! We placed an order on August 17, 2016. We still have not received our product. I have called them several times using both options offered and they never answer the phone. I have emailed them asking about the status and we received one phone call 2 weeks ago and they said they were shipping it the following Monday and we should receive it by September 8. Still no product. I just called them again....used both options.......no answer! I also sent them an email, no response. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
