ORDER PLACED - NOT RECEIVED - NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY!! We placed an order on August 17, 2016. We still have not received our product. I have called them several times using both options offered and they never answer the phone. I have emailed them asking about the status and we received one phone call 2 weeks ago and they said they were shipping it the following Monday and we should receive it by September 8. Still no product. I just called them again....used both options.......no answer! I also sent them an email, no response. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Pleased with products and customer service. I placed my order and actually got a call from customer service a few days later informing me that one item would be shipped a bit later than expected. Since I was taking these items as gifts to friends in Spain, it was critical that I have them before my departure, which they were sure they could accommodate. I was surprised to get another call to tell me that items had shipped and not to worry. THAT'S customer service!!
