Amazing chat support! I had multiple questions about using the VPS and an EA. I was afraid of having a challenge getting things resolved on chat, but I was connected within 30 seconds to an amazing support person named Justin. In just a few minutes, Justin had answered all my questions completely and had provided all the information I needed.
