GBMy second very informative support… My second very informative support session with Marcus. I was instantly grateful for the fact that I was able to speak with him again. Because, again, haha I had a barrage of questions. He answer them all and even provide side information that was related to my original question that I would have probably never ran across if he had not thought to mention it. The details matter ... especially in trading. Suggestion : integrate into more third-party trading apps, like TrendSpider and others similar. NinjaTrader, Metatrader & TradingView are already a great start. But for me, finding a platform, aside from your web interface, that allows me to use 1 pane of glass for everything from analyzing charts to opening positions has been difficult. TradingView is what I use nearly all of the time, with some Metatrader mixed in, but I cannot trade everything that TradingView lists under Forex.com ... and nothing that is listed as Forexcom. It's confusing and ended up forcing me to find a solution outside of my preferred trading platform. Something to think about. Thanks again Marcus <--- deserves a vacation and pay!

GBMy process to create my account has… My process to create my account has been very slow and difficult....but thanks to these wonderful agents like Juan Carlos, people can be pleased and calm; They give you information and care about each person's problems....I would say exceptional....

CAAmazing chat support! I had multiple questions about using the VPS and an EA. I was afraid of having a challenge getting things resolved on chat, but I was connected within 30 seconds to an amazing support person named Justin. In just a few minutes, Justin had answered all my questions completely and had provided all the information I needed. The only downside is that now I'm spoiled and I'll expect such good support whenever I use chat with other businesses. Justin set the bar high -- it will be hard to top this!

THsuper unprofessional and arrogant company that make them such wasting of time and money, After 3 weeks delay and sending them a lot of different type of documents and lot of problems with their KYC team, they sent a message that we can't activate your account. question: Why while you can't activate account for certain reasons, you collected lot of documents? super unprofessional team, arrogancy shines in this company, I had conversation with professional Lawer, and they are preparing a case to make them accountable for misuse of authority, the forex.com will be responsible for any leakage of personal information of clients as they collection bunch of documents unnecessary, Dear forex.com team Please don't write again, we are sorry for bla bla... you have my number, and you can call me to show some manner, don't even try to register with them, beside of arrogancy and unprofessionalism their spread is super high,
