Horrible customer service I bought two perfumes and need to return one I have sent daily e-mails daily in answered calls why have a customer service department if no one responds to emails Two solid weeks of daily email with no reply I am totally disappointed with your services This is unacceptable and so unprofessional I hope my email gets responded to this coming week otherwise you may as well scrap your customer service department!!!
