Great company I have ordered from LJShopping several times and would recommend them! They offer high end, brand new perfumes for unbeatable prices. I have also found some perfumes here that other sites didn't carry. Shipping can be a little slow, but no more than other online stores.

Horrible customer service I bought two perfumes and need to return one I have sent daily e-mails daily in answered calls why have a customer service department if no one responds to emails Two solid weeks of daily email with no reply I am totally disappointed with your services This is unacceptable and so unprofessional I hope my email gets responded to this coming week otherwise you may as well scrap your customer service department!!! Sigh!!

It seems that LJ Perfumes has more items on back order than in stock. I am a small business owner. I trust that if LJ Shopping/Perfume's website says that have something in stock, they actually have it in stock. All too often, I get an email (a couple days later) saying that they don't have the product in stock and that no money has been taken from the account. Well, I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded from an out of stock item (that showed "available" on their website) from two weeks ago and my customer's depend on me to provide them with the product they want. This inaccuracy jeopardizes my reputation. I would appreciate honesty and an accurate wholesaler website.
