GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Had to make an appointment but it’s not clear why, they just have you pick off a rack and put you in a room to try on like any department store. They were out of a ton of sizes and ALL tops and I was told “they just didn’t send them”. They suggested I order multiple sizes online and return the ones I don’t want, yet I would have to pay for return shipping and restocking fees. No thx.

GBDO NOT use Weddington Way for Bridesmaid Dresses If you do not pay $200 instead of $170 you cannot return your dress. When trying to discuss what I should do with a customer service representative she hung up on me once I asked her to admit that not being able to return my dress even though it is the exact same style as another dress that you can return is not a good practice. These dresses are also horrendous compared to how much you pay for them. I was just in a wedding where I had to buy a J Crew sale dress for $70, and it had a quality of 10 when these dresses have a quality of about a 2. I would never use this site for my own wedding.

GBFun awesome experience! I've purchased with Weddington Way as a bride, as a bridesmaid several times, and also as a wedding guest. I love the fun virtual showroom that they have, where a bride and all her bridesmaids can share dresses with each other and like and comment on each one. They have a huge selection, and there's lots of options for different styles in the same color so I was able to select one that was flattering for my figure. I especially love their new exclusive line of Weddington Way dresses. They are comfortable and look great - I've already worn mine for multiple events! Their customer service is amazing - they made sure the experience for me and my friends was easy and stress-free.

GBReceived Used & Stained Dress I just received my dress today that I ordered for my friend’s wedding in April, and the condition it came in is unbelievable. Clearly, someone wore this for a wedding and returned it with mementos of that wedding in the form of grass, grease, dirt, and makeup stains all over the bottom and front panel of the dress. Does Weddington Way not have a quality control team to check the condition of returned dresses/ all dresses before they are sent out? This is completely unacceptable for a new dress costing nearly $200. I have many friends planning upcoming weddings, and I can guarantee you that I will be warning them all to stay away from this neglectful company.

GBThis is the WORST WORST WORST … This is the WORST WORST WORST experience I have EVER had and I have been a bridesmaid something like 12 times. Any time you want to get clarification or assistance, especially through the live chat---you get a nasty sarcastic customer "service" representative who is purposefully ambiguous, and in my opinion, completely rude. My dress wasn't set to ship for 4 months (yes you read that right, I ordered in March and it wasn't coming until June 30th) and I needed to make a size change. I spoke to a customer service rep via live chat who gave me the run around---long story short, the issue still isn't fixed. I HATE this company and I will tell everybody and anybody who will listens. Update: they did reach out. It was too little and too late--offered to "expedite" the order for no charge, which still meant a month late. I cancelled the dress and I went to Macys bridal. What a complete 180. I will never order from weddington.
