DO NOT use Weddington Way for Bridesmaid Dresses If you do not pay $200 instead of $170 you cannot return your dress. When trying to discuss what I should do with a customer service representative she hung up on me once I asked her to admit that not being able to return my dress even though it is the exact same style as another dress that you can return is not a good practice. These dresses are also horrendous compared to how much you pay for them. I was just in a wedding where I had to buy a J Crew sale dress for $70, and it had a quality of 10 when these dresses have a quality of about a 2. I would never use this site for my own wedding.

Awesome way to make Bridesmaid planning painless! I got married in June this year. My bridesmaids were spread from New York to Sydney, Australia. I was never going to get them all in the same place to try on dresses. More than that, they're all different body types and skin colors and I wanted each of them to feel beautiful in whatever she was wearing day of. Weddington Way's voting system, customer service, and quality of styles/ fabrics made the whole experience painless, even fun! I recommend it to any bride to be.

Received Used & Stained Dress I just received my dress today that I ordered for my friend’s wedding in April, and the condition it came in is unbelievable. Clearly, someone wore this for a wedding and returned it with mementos of that wedding in the form of grass, grease, dirt, and makeup stains all over the bottom and front panel of the dress. Does Weddington Way not have a quality control team to check the condition of returned dresses/ all dresses before they are sent out? This is completely unacceptable for a new dress costing nearly $200. I have many friends planning upcoming weddings, and I can guarantee you that I will be warning them all to stay away from this neglectful company.

Horrible experience DON'T USE WEDDINGTON WAY All three dresses that were ordered did not fit. We had our measurements done and provided them for our dresses. Not one of them fit. When we contacted Eddington Way they refused to refund our money but offered to send us a replacement off the rack, even though not one of them were acceptable replacements. The length on two of the three was over a foot and a half too long. When I explained that to the representative I was dealing with her reply was "they are made for women that are 5'8" so that might be the issue." I laughed and told her the two of us were 5'7" to which I heard nothing but silence. I will NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend it to a friend. If one dress out of three didn't fit, fine. But all three of them? I don't think so.

This is the WORST WORST WORST … This is the WORST WORST WORST experience I have EVER had and I have been a bridesmaid something like 12 times. Any time you want to get clarification or assistance, especially through the live chat---you get a nasty sarcastic customer "service" representative who is purposefully ambiguous, and in my opinion, completely rude. My dress wasn't set to ship for 4 months (yes you read that right, I ordered in March and it wasn't coming until June 30th) and I needed to make a size change. I spoke to a customer service rep via live chat who gave me the run around---long story short, the issue still isn't fixed. I HATE this company and I will tell everybody and anybody who will listens. Update: they did reach out. It was too little and too late--offered to "expedite" the order for no charge, which still meant a month late. I cancelled the dress and I went to Macys bridal. What a complete 180. I will never order from weddington.
