GBDisappointed This company is a joke. They ask you to type what you want on the ribbon for your basket. Then, they deliver a basket with a plain ribbon. Customer Service is a joke! Order elsewhere!

GBPoor Customer Service I purchased a $300 wine and chocolate basket. At checkout I was told I had to select $44 overnight shipping due to the risk of the chocolate melting. So I went with the overnight shipping. But the basket didn't arrive on the date promised but three days late. With two of the pieces of chocolate partially melted. I contacted the company and requested a shipping credit, which they agreed to. It's now 2+ weeks later and no credit. So I contacted the company again just now and they said their accounting department "is a bit backed up." What? The refund is literally a keystroke for them. Not sure what's going on but it's fishy. I usually purchase gift baskets for clients from WineCountry.com but went with WineBasket.com for the first time because they had a basket I wanted. And this was my first and last purchase from them. Not sure this is a reputable company.

GBDon't ever use Winebasket.com Don't ever use Winebasket.com! I ordered on the 3rd, and on the 11th they delivered it to the WRONG address, got a signature from someone NOT my Brother, and then yelled at me on the phone, insisting I wrote the wrong address! They refused any refund, and would not work out sending a basket to the right address. Rude and insulting girl.

GBUnprofessional Business The delivery was quite slow for a gifting website. Further, they used FedEx who claimed several attempted deliveries to a building with package reception. The kicker is that they charged me $20 for the undelivered product. The customer service there is terrible and I will not be ordering from them again.
