GBScam! Report Report Report Hello. I have also been scammed, but luckily. I have connections. Report them to reportfraud.ftc.gov and they are now being investigated, I also reported them to the better business bureau, and contact your bank about the fraud/scam. Luckily I used a credit card so it wasn’t my money, but good to know they’re being investigated because they refuse to give a refund just “delay” after “delay” . Such a scam.

AUDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - Worst service ever Worst service ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM After shipping delays “apparently” I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it wasn’t going to make it in time as a gift. They kept sending a email apologising for the delay and never addressing my request until the 6th attempt when they said it’s been shipped and provided tracking. They then said they’ll issue me a return envelope. The item never arrived despite tracking saying it did. I was home the whole day. I even have a parcel Locker at my address. No evidence it arrived such as a picture of where it was left either. I asked for a refund again due to this and then repeatedly send an email saying it was sent here can you confirm you got it?

GB34 days and still waiting They advertise 1-3 day shipping. Well, I ordered over a month ago and still no sign. Tracking shows the embosser comes from China amd takes days to even clear customs. They are FLAT OUT LYING about their order fulfillment. Their customer service is terrible. It takes two or three attempts to get them to respond. They said with high demand, it would take an additional 4-5 to ship (again, it's been a month). They told me that they did not have visibility on my exact order either. They hide comments on their IG posts so we can't provide feedback publicly. So disappointing.

MXGreat after-sell service! I was supposed to get my package on April the 5th, 2024, tracking number YT2408221272069666, order 20226. I thought there was something wrong with Love for art but everything was ok and the problem was in my Condo. Actually, Love for Art contact me to ask me if everything was OK. Better, never! Thank you very much Love for Art!!!
